Service Description
Start here. This is a gentle mobility class built to help you notice how your body moves right now, spot the compensation patterns it has learned along the way, and discover how much more it could do with intentional training. Through slow, gentle movement, you’ll tap into your interoception, your internal sense of where your body is and how it’s moving. This movement class is grounded in the principles of Functional Range Conditioning®, which focuses on three things: joint health, mobility, and body control. You’ll learn to find your current ranges of motion and move through Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) and active stretching, with adaptations offered as needed so every movement fits the body you bring that day. If movement has felt hard, intimidating, or painful for you, or you’re looking for a gentle way back in, this class is for you. It’s low-impact, high-awareness work that supports long-term joint health and helps you feel more confident in everyday movement, and it meets you where you are. What to expect: - A full-body approach to mobility and joint control - Clear guidance from a hypermobility-informed instructor - Adaptations offered for every movement - Room to come as you are and move how you need - A welcoming, inclusive space, with no experience necessary
