Service Description
Thursdays | 6–8pm — Bench Day Fridays | 6–8pm — Alternating Squat & Deadlift Days Team training is led by Sabrina, who brings over a decade of experience as both a competitive powerlifter and a coach supporting athletes across a wide range of abilities. Participants can expect to learn how to train like a powerlifter, including proper setup and technique, safe and effective spotting and communication, and strategies for building strength while reducing injury risk. Sessions emphasize skill-building, shared learning, and supportive team culture. All experience levels are welcome — whether you’re brand new to the sport or training for competition.
