Space Rental

Please fill out the form below and submit payment for your confirmed space rental. Before your event takes place, we will also need you to sign our rental agreement.

This form should only be submitted with payment following confirmation of the booking availability with a Catalyst Training Center representative.

Note: Rental fee includes 15 minutes of setup before start time and 15 minutes of teardown time following the rental duration
