Whether you're hosting a workshop, community gathering, movement class, celebration, group gathering, or intimate meeting, Catalyst has a space for you. We're proud to offer affordable, inclusive rentals as part of our commitment to cultivating queer-affirming third space in West Michigan — a place where everyone is safe, seen, and celebrated.
Please note: Catalyst is a dry space (alcohol-free). This is a core part of who we are and how we hold space for our community.
What's Included: All rentals include 15 minutes of setup and cleanup time, plus access to shared facility amenities (restroom with shower, chairs and seating, folding tables, sound system, and more). Just let us know your needs at booking and we'll make sure everything is set for you. Need extra time on either end? Let us know and we can work something out.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 7 days' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after that window may forfeit all or part of the rental fee.
Downstairs Studio Space
350 sq ft | $35/hr
Our downstairs studio is ideal for movement classes, bodywork, workshops, small performances, or intimate gatherings.
Upstairs Event Space
750 sq ft | $45/hr
Our upstairs event space is our largest rental, perfect for movement classes, workshops, panels, social events, community meetings, or pop-ups. Optional features: two sensory hanging swings, gymnastic rings, rectangular platform swing, ping pong table, basketball game.
Office Space
150 sq ft | $25/hr
Need a professional, low-key spot for a 1:1 session, small meeting, or focused work time? Our private office rental is a cozy, maintained space that's ready when you are — no lease, no upkeep on your end.
