December Updates

It's been an exciting time at Catalyst. Here are some recent updates on training and competition.

In October Jay, Amber and Kristy all competed at the RPS meet in Columbus, OH.

Jose, Colten, Sabrina and Cory competed at Relentless Detroit where we raised money for children and families with critical and life threatening illnesses. And to wrap up the year, Cory will be competing this weekend at the Aurora, IL Holy Jolly Bash!

In addition to our competitive power lifting schedule, we are working with a lot of new clients on their personal goals and have added a lot of nutrition coaching programs.

It's an exciting time for all of our clients and us here at Catalyst. Look for a new class schedule coming in January and much more!.
